Hello. Any ideas on how to see 'last modified' or 'last interaction' times on tickets when looking at queues? I don't have access to dashboard customization but assume this would be something available as a column choice? Thanks for your feedback.

I believe the 'Updated' field is the one you're looking for here,
- Note, this is a date field
You'll be able to add this as a column when you're searching for issues. You'll also be able to add this field as column in a Service Desk queue view - if you have the correct Service Desk 'Agent' permission set
