Kindly let me know whether we can define SLA for each step in a workflow.
e.g.. if we wish to generate SLA for transition from creating a ticket to going to next state of phase in workflow as 20 minutes how it can be achieved in JIRA?

If you use the JIRA Service Desk plugin, you can define different metrics (SLAs) for the different transitions.
