Keep track of non answered mail Edited

Hey Guys!

The client send hundrds of mail per day from JIRA. The response gets attached to the issue comment but I want to know is there a way to keep a track of issue for which we haven't received the response.

Well, does this mean that you actually look for the issues with no comments?
