I am configuring a Jira Cloud Dashboard to provide easy access for staff to review work queues, vote on tickets, etc.
Right now staff can access the dashboard when not logged in, but if they are logged in they are redirected to our customer service portal. This is not the inteded behavior.
We do want to use the portal for help, support, access to knowledge base, but what we are looking for with transparent work queues and interactive voting ,commetning, etc. requires logged in staff (with customer, not agent priveledge) to have access to the dashboard.
Is this something I configured incorrectly in setting?
