Kanban board could not link to the corresponding page.

For example, there is an issue TR-2 C7800 V3.01.17 Sanity on Kanban board in project test request.

Click on it, there is an error. We hope when we click the link TR-2, jira will open the issue.

Error: Not Configured for ssh access..

That's not anormal JIRA error message, could you give us a screensot?  Of the whole page after you click the TR-2 link

We are using JIRA Server 8.5.11 and recently begun seeing this same issue - any help would be appreciated.

That looks like you have an app trying to connect to a service that is not correctly configured.  My guess would be a git connection, but without more, I wouldn't bet on that.

Could you read the logs and see if there are any similar looking errors when you refresh the page?
