Kanban Project Management | Sequencing issues based on start and end date

George Mogilevsky November 17, 2017

One of my PMs asked if there is a way to sequence tasks in a kanban project. The PM wants to have a start date and an end date for each task. I know i can create custom..question is also if I should use due date as the end date.

also the PM wants (this is the main thing) to be able to change the date on one task, and all tasks that were following it should change the dates accordingly. so this way, the whole remaining body of work within the epic would move forward in time automatically.

Hello,

In my opinion you should use DueDate.

About the other question the PM wants to have something similair to Microsoft Project. You should look at the plugin called BigPicture.

you are right, the PM got the idea from Microsoft Project. Thank you for this insight!
