Joining 2 sets of issues like you do in SQL

Will Thien February 8, 2017

I realize that it is JQL. I am just learning it. I have tried to find an example but could not. All I found of SQL plugin's.

My example would be.

I have a filter list of Test Case Issues. Like a "Table1".

I have a filter list of Test Assignments issues . Like a "Table2".

I have a reference key in Table2 to Table1.

I want to produce for now a list of all the fields in Table2 and some in Table1 for a report.

In sql this would be a inner / outer join.

Would appreciate any help.

Thanks

Will

JQL is not SQL.  It finds issues.  It does not say anything about what then do with those issues.

Your reporting structure there is not something JQL can do, as all it works with are issues.
