While there doesn't seem to be an official channel for contacting Joggler support directly, which makes me doubt that I'll ever get a reply, here it goes nevertheless.
Is there going to be Joggler support for JIRA OnDemand, i.e. Cloud instances? My team has been using Toggl for a very long time. Recently we started using JIRA, and it's all great. But filling the same time twice is very inconvenient, inaccurate and error-prone.
We currently do not plan to support JIRA OnDemand.
P.S. I don't know why our firstname.lastname@example.org mail address is not listed in the marketplace, we certainly provided a support address and we had support requests in the past to this mail. But as you can see: We also answer questions here;-)
