I have been using jira for Service Desk for quite a long time, and I have some problems with AD user directories (MS2012), periodically, jira stops seeing users, and it helps, only a few times manual synchronization, with directories, if you run it several times, then full synchronization takes place , and everything is restored, with what can this be connected?
