Hi, We have a .Net web application that our customers use. We would like to have a way for the customer to enter a ticket or support request and have that routed to our external facing Jira.

Is there a web applicaiton plugin that would allow for this? Something that would show basic reporter name, title, description, etc. It would be nice if they did not have to login to make this happen so a way to submit without logging in.
