Jira users are getting logout after few mins

we have configure jira for our project however users are getting logged out automatically after random few minutes of time.

Jira version V7.3.3

In web.xml I have value for 'session-timeout' of '300 min which by default 5 hr.

I have gone through some jira docs and known issue however i did not found any solution.

If someone has any idea please let me know how to fix it or any workaround.

Do you have another Atlassian application that is running under the same host name, probably with a different port? If so, the issue is with tokens. You need to have a different DNS name or context path for each application.

Thanks for the reply however we are not using other Atlassian application.
