Jira tickets not created for SNOW requests

Hi Team , 

We are facing the problem while creating the Jira tickets from SNOW request. We have written the regular expression in the scripted mail handler to match the format with SNOW request also wrote the rules in mailbox to match the conditions Still tickets are not created in Jira. Is there any solution on this issue ?

Hi @Aditya Verma ,

Before they received error mail like INC2395454 has been assigned to group Capgemini GO L3 Ordering - GO [INT] [AUFT] Abnahme R70 UAT [Batch ZA38L9 has stopped with S322 error code]

But after that I have changed the regular expression for it then they didn't get any error mail but still tickets are not getting created.
