We're currently going through testing of a new project and have come across an odd issue.
Some new test email queries are being assigned the same ticket ID as older, now closed, tickets have previously used by JIRA and no new ticket is generated. This is happening to about 10% of test queries we have sent in.
For example, an email was sent in to JIRA and assigned a ticket id of "task-110". There is a previously closed ticket with the ID "task-110" already within our project, and no new ticket was created within the queue.
