Jira ticket transitions based on multiple pull-requests

Hi,

We have JIRA linked with Stash and sometimes have multiple pull-requests for the same ticket.  We would like to be able to transitions the JIRA ticket based on the status of ALL the pull-requests.  For example, we would like the ticket to automatically transition to the Resolved state only when ALL pull-requests are merged.

Is this possible?  How can we enable this?
