Hi,

Till now we were able to see in Jira ticket planner for all users, that we have planned the time to work on that certain ticket. But now it is disappeared.

This feature disappeared a week ago. Have you made any changes? ... how can I enter the time spent on a ticket in Jira?

Thank you for your support.

François

Hi @François Conus

Welcome to the community.

I would strongly suggest you check with the Jira admin to verify if:

  • You have the Work On Issues permission for the corresponding project
  • The Time tracking fields are added to the corresponding Jira project

Please refer to the following document for your reference:

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-time-tracking/

Thank you.
