We are using data center and have 4 servers for Jira.  I have created a support zip.  How can I tell which server it is on?

Hello,

you can find the details in application-log folder- > atlassian-jira.log, there you can see which server it is on from Environment sections.

Unfortunately the issue is we do not have access to the servers. Corp process is to raise a request with another team to get the logs for us. We have to provide them with the server that they need to get the file from. The request will be rejected if we don't provide this. In our dev environment it apppears to go the server that is related to the node in the system info page >>Cluster Node Id. Is it safe to say that would be the server the logs would go to?

Yes, it is the server log. You can find the details there as well. It will be in the log folder in the installation folder.
