Jira shows the installation wizard after stop and startup jira again

Jira shows the installation wizard after stop and startup jira again. There is a already a configuried database, but after shutdown and restart jira seems not to use the database configuration ?

Is there a config file in /opt/.../jira.software that might not be configured ? Or do i have to set any environment variables ?

/var/atlassian/application-data/jira.software/dbconfig.xml exists with correct credentials.

But if i start start-jira.sh from /opt/atalassisan/jira.software/bin only the install wizard initializes on startup.
But the jira.software instanz was running already configured over two weeks. What´s going wrong ? Please help.

yes,:/var/atlassian/application-data/jira.software/dbconfig.xml exists and the correct credentials are set ?
The problem is: Jira worked correctly, but after shutdown and startup Jira seems to not to use the right database !??!
Do you´ve an idea ???
