Jira service desk


I have been testing a trial version of jira service desk for quite some time.

My requirement is that that when someone progresses a ticket to the next status or assignee the time logged in the previous persons name for the time the ticket was with him gets recorded.

The conditions are that:-

I should be able to set a condition for the working hours for the guy working on it like morning 7 to evening 5.Also weekends shouldnt be calculated

It should stop calculaing after 5pm in the evening and start at the next day office hours.My query is :Is this much of customization possible for this plugin?
