I setup JIRA service desk and I connected it with confluence but I want to make confluence help centre knowledgebase public but when I access to the link it asks for signup. I want singup option only if customer want to submit the query or ticket.
How can I make knowledgebase articles public?
Any help appreciated.
Go to general configuration -> global permissions and enable the flag for "can use" in the anonymous settings area.
Then go to the knowledge base space's settings and enable anonymous access (read only of course).
