Jira service desk customers not seeing their cards

In the last week we have started to have problems with our customers not being able to see all their service desk cards. Can anyone help

Could you try to run a background-reindex? The issues should show up after that. smile

If not, please raise a ticket on Atlassian Support (support.atlassian.com) so we can better investigate this.
