Jira service desk, access issue

Hi everybody, I have created a user who belongs to jira service desk project role. However when I log in, I can only create new issue but not manage and solve issue as specified in the documentation. Its behaviour is like he would belong to service desk customer and I do not understand... Could you please help me? Thank you very much.

Hi Sylvain,

Is possible that you have set the user to have the Customers view, that allow issues to be created but not managed.

To manage the issues using service desk, is important that this user is a Service desk manager.
