Dear All,
I purchase JIRA service desk with Confluence (for KB) and want to start using it for internal IT.
I can seems to find the way to customize the users portal categories the ones shown on portal right menu.
Common requests
logins and accounts
companies
applications
servers and infrastructure
I can edit the issue types but not those option. any idea?
Hi Moshe,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot.
Hope you need the right menu categories to be deleted.
You can very well edit these menu options in Request type.
You can delete any options from there.

Select the Request type(Red box) you can either remove the group names one by one in all entries by removing the group name from group column(green Box)
You can straight away delete the entire options by delete button (Violet box).
Thanks Girish. That solve the issue. one last issue- i want to add the IT AD group to service desk login, when i try to add the AD group to Jira service desk admin group it done but its not saved. any other way i could that? i already add the AD sync so i can view AD users and groups.
