Jira server does not send JSM mail

Hello! I made sending mail in JSM. When a person writes an email, a task appears in Jira. When I answer this person by email, I want my answer to be displayed in the comments to his task. At the same time, Jira sends me this error. How to fix this? Server Jira

Though this question is tagged under Cloud, i see that this is Server deployment.

Are you a jira admin of the instance? Can you look at the logs to see if you see any clue?

Mask the ips / names etc and post the relevant log when the event occurs. Will try and help to identify what could be the problem
