is there a way to search for the project links that are tied to a JIRA Project.

Example : JIRA Project A tied to a fish eye link  called FB  and also JIRA Project B tied to the same fish eye link (FB) - is  it possible to search them using a JQL or any  other means - other than clicking each and every individual project ?

Please let me know

There is no default option to do that. Not sure if there is a plugin that gives this ability but I haven't seen one. Interesting use case though!
