Jira operator for specific changes.

Hey all, 
I'm looking to fine tune a automation with slack and Jira, but SPECIFICALLY, to only alert Slack if Jira changes to a specific transition with work flow: 
for example: 

Slack to call only when Jira workflow goes from "new" to "keeping an eye"
As of right now I am only able to capture every transition.

In Jira Cloud, you can do this easily with the built-in Slack integration. One of the filter options is "status is transitioned to":

In your case with Jira Server, the official Atlassian-built Slack integration (not installed by default) works for this also - the options page for notifications looks a little different but still has that "transitioned to" filter:

There are also some third-party Slack integrations on the Marketplace if you want to check out what other providers have offered in Slack integrations, beyond what we've provided in the official free integrations.
