Jira migration from standalone to on demand login not working

When I login using my previously defined and migrated username (with admin priv) , Jira presents the dashboard but "login" still appears upper right. No options for admin or even view issues/projects etc.

Hi Nancy,

According to our documentation (Importing Issues):

Granting application access to new users

The import process does not honour the default application access settings and does not give access to any applications to new users. You must grant application access to these users for them to be able to log in.

For information on how to assign application access, see Managing application access.

Could you please double-check whether your user from JIRA Standalone has the correct permissions to log in and access the projects?

If even then you are unable to browse your projects and access the administrative screens, I would recommend you to report ticket on our support portal.
