Is there any plugin available from which i calculate the variance on an issue.

Ex:- An issue created on 1st feb and estimated time given is 12 hrs.

Someone started working on the issue on 10th of feb and he took 18 hrs. Then the total variance is

10 days and 6 hrs.

I don't think it's available in jira out of the box or via some plugin, I did a plugin for the same for my previous organization.

I didn't get you Jamie.....what do you mean by (resolved - created). It's a part of workflow right?.

What I am looking for is to find the time difference on the estimated and actual time spent on the issue, i.e the schedule variance.

I don't see how that's the variance... that's just (resolved - created).
