Jira issue search can't see any other assignee except for myself and unassigned

Ok, I have plenty of other users working on a project, but typing their names won't work eithe. Where can I do it? I'm an administrator of the project, and none of my workers can do such search.

Hi,

Does your user has the "Browse Users" permission? Please check this link and make sure that it has the proper permissions to search for users/groups on your JIRA.
