 We are using JIRA 7.3.SSL ceritificate is added.JIRA is accessing through a base url and proxy.

How to find out the root cause of this error and solve it?

That suggests that you have not imported the client certificates into the JIRA JVM's key store.

we had a similar problem and the solution was adding the certificate to the JVM keystore.
