Hi @a_stepien

Welcome to the community.

I would check with your IT department.

Option 1

You most likely can't reach it due to network requirements (e.g. firewall).

This is not something the community can help you with, it's a networking question.

The Jira instance there is probably restricted to specific networks (such as virtual private networks / vpn), basically company network, or even sub sections within it (such as specific subnets, but that's unnecessarily technical).

It's not an incorrect link (probably), chromium should otherwise tell you if it couldn't resolve the name (DNS). So I am just thinking it's plain flat a firewall rule blocking you from connecting to it.

Option 2

As it's .net, it's most likely accessible from the internet, so firewall is not the problem.

The jira instance is currently shutdown and doesn't run (there is nothing to respond to your browser). The DNS resolves the name, but the server is simply not available.

Perhaps there is a maintenance going on.

In either way, it's either a network issue, or downtime issue.
