Could you tell us what your "roll back" procedure is?

Is it some form of "restore old system from a backup"?

So, you deleted all the newly upgraded stuff and restored everything from the backups?

Gustavo Gómez June 27, 2016

Hi, we only replaced the two folders as the procedure says:

  • The JIRA application Home Directory.
  • The JIRA application Installation Directory.

Could you be more specific on the stuff you mentioned?

What about the database?  You needed to go back to the original data set as well

Hi Nic,

Thank you for your support, as Gustavo says, we also restored the database and both directories in JIRA Server. The three of them were done at the same time, so that shouldn't be a problem. When we try to log in into JIRA we got this errors (you can see some of them in the screenshot):

Please, can you help us?
Thank you in advance.

That message suggests that the database is damaged - are you sure the restoration was from a valid backup of the 6.x system that was working before?  Did you drop all the tables before restoring it?
