Our instance of JIRA used to close Incidents and Reqests in ServiceNow when the JIRA item was closed until a couple of weeks ago. Cannot find the root cause. We are still able to create JIRA tickets from Service Now, it's the updating back to ServiceNow that is broken. We use the Webhook in JIRA to connect and now change there for past few years. Any ideas? Do credentials expire over time?
