Jira for professional services team

Hi All,

Our Professional Services team is looking into JIRA for managing their day to day tasks.

Their top requirements involve integration with SAP and reporting of work hours of employees for billing purposes.

Does anyone have a reference to a Professional Services team who works with JIRA?

There's lots of ways to use JIRA, and, although you don't tell us what you mean by "professional services", so we can't be 100% sure, yes, there will be plenty of people out there using it in a similar way.

Although JIRA handles logging of work, it doesn't directly have billing style reporting built into it - I'd be looking at Tempo to get the timesheets out and possibly Folio for financials.

"Integration" is too vague a word though, you'll need to explain what you want from it.
