Is it possible to install the Jira plugin on a Shared mailbox ?
At the moment, we use a mailbox for Jira service desk which creates cases automatically, however, I would like to see that when I send a mail in reply (which is sent with my personal email adress) that my reply is submitted in the Jira ticket as well...
Can this be dine ? If yes, how ?
