Jira feedback popup of issue collector does not open everytime after clicking the feedback button. The Issue collector code is embedded properly and I could successfully save the feedback (of type bug) into Jira. However, the popup window is not opening all the time. The waiting cursor keeps moving on cliking the feedback button.
