Hi @ashlesha l koneru

have you tried to empty the add-on cache folder?

Or maybe start jira in safe mode? https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/disabling-and-enabling-apps-273875716.html

Let me know if this helps at all.

Cheers,
Krisz

Hi all,

I deleted all the plugins and restarted it, it worked.

But my question can we disable the plugins and do the upgrade again, will it work?

Thanks

Ashlesha
