Jira email servers are blacklisted on hostkarma.junkemailfilter.com

Hi,

I receive almost none email notifications from Jira. According to my email provider Jira servers are blacklisted on hostkarma.junkemailfilter.com and they can be delisted only by Atlassian. My provider can't do this. Unfortunately, I found this ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-64837 and it looks like Atlassian doesn't care.

Do you have any ideas how to solve this issue?

Hi @pawelnapierala , welcome to the community.

first, given that you are apparently on cloud The more appropriate Jeera issue might be this one - JRACLOUD-64837 . Regardless, that issue also received very little interest from the customer base. This is why the issue was closed.

With that said, I will reach out to Atlassian support and open a ticket with them regarding your specific request. Your specific issue may not be tied to that closed ticket.
