We have two project configured with 2 different emails addressed. One project is working fine and Tickets being generated by Jira once an email request is received. But for the 2nd project no ticket is created. This was working for until late last week and stopped working suddenly. We noticed the issue today since we received the email but Jira did not create a ticket.
@IT Help Then might some issue in Mail Handler, check correct handler is selected or not. Check if email is coming from unknown/non-jira users. If users are non-jira then default reporter must be set or tick create user. Try to test the handler. Once you click on test jira pick are all unread emails from mailbox and create issue. Then check newly create issue using JQL.
