Jira dashboard->Filter results gadget does not show half of it's query fields to some users

Hi guys,

Dashboard filter results gadjet that shows list of open bugs, having some extra fields shown, e.g. lables, etc for me, does not show them for developers, so basic fields are shown for them, but extra ones not.

What is wrong?

Issue was the system dashboard. When done changes there it affected all users :)
