Jira crash reporter

I integrated jira sdk and added needed framework like CrashReporter.framework to send crash report to Jira. But when my aaplication crashes then i doesnt receive crash report..sometimes i receive..Ratio of receiving crash report is 1:100..So what is the reason that i doesnt get any crash report while application crashes.Any help will be appreciates.Thank you.

I found solution that my Jira Mobile Connect option was disable in my project..So i enable it.And it works now.

You'll have to monitor your application on whether it actually sends the details to JIRA. If you find that it does, you need check the JIRA add-on on whether it is creating the appropriate issue in JIRAR or not.

@Timothy Chin : I am novice to JMC SDK..How can i monitor whether my app actually sends the details to JIRA or not ? Before some days it asks me when app crashes , whether you want to post crash report on JIRA,If i clicked on yes then it will posted in JIRA. but it even didnt ask me to do that..Thanks.
