Jira assigned tickets in portfolio

I have tickets that are assigned in Jira. The tickets show up in Portfolio but the assignee does not.  Can I get Portfolio to import and update the ticket with the assignee and not auto assign for any ticket that is assigned in Jira?

Things I have tried

1) Configure import to story and below

2) ensuring the estimate in portfolio only includes the assignee skill

Hi Mark! How are you doing?

Is the Team field set in these tickets? When Team is not set or set to a Team that does not have as a Member the Assignee you have in Jira, the Assignee is not shown.

Hi Mark! One more thing: in the Teams tab, is your Team associated to a Project or Board? Or it is written "No associated project or board"?
