Jira as Ticket-System

Hi people, we currently review a few Ticket-System and I think maybe an option would be to use Jira for this, too.

My concern here is the performance of course.

We wont have many Projects/Custom Attributes etc, but we will have many Issues (like 60.000-80.000 per Month) so about a million every year. And I am not sure if Jira could handle this.

Anyone with some practice in this?

Nice work, but 3 years old which doesn't account for all the recent JIRA performance improvements for large instances. JIRA Scale might help too.

Good point Bob. I didn't realize it is that outdated.
