Hi people, we currently review a few Ticket-System and I think maybe an option would be to use Jira for this, too.
My concern here is the performance of course.
We wont have many Projects/Custom Attributes etc, but we will have many Issues (like 60.000-80.000 per Month) so about a million every year. And I am not sure if Jira could handle this.
Anyone with some practice in this?
