Jira are counting ten users and I'm only created 9

Hi!

I have JIRA ON DEMAND and I need register 10 users, but the system are counting 10 because include the SysAdmin of JIRA and I don't want this. I want 10 USERS in my JIRA not 9 and another that I can't manage.

One of them is sysadmin created for Atlassian to manage the instance. You should be able to create one more without exceeding the limit.
