Jira and Confluence User's List

Glenn Price June 20, 2017

Hi,

not sure if anyone can help me? Is it possible to view a list of user's (single ideally) within both confluence and Jira? We have been approaching our user cap recently licence wise (in fact wer'e now at it) and one of our admin's asked if a single list could be viewed (or created) listing the user's in both Jira and Confluence to see where our licenses lie. I know there is a macro which can be created to see which user's are logged in etc.

hope this makes sense?

Hi Glenn,

You may want to look at the Database Custom Field add-on from cPrime.  Here's a link to their documentation so you can see if it will work for you.

You can structure queries to get the active license count for JIRA and the Confluence.

Cheers,

Branden
