Would like the option for like `Could not reproduce` or `Will not Fix` and `Cancelled` as workflow categories. I tried to set this up, but it doesn't seem to properly remove the tickets from the queue and they have the same color as the Done status.
To-do, in-progress and done are hard-coded status categories. I'm afraid you can't do anything with them.
