yes. In Tempo Timesheet you can choose "Project" (instead of User) and pick the one with your tickets.
Then change from Timesheet View to Report View. And under Rows choose the option Issues.
The same mechanism also works to display the hours logged for a filter result. Instead of "Project" pick "Advanced" and choose your filter. Rest as above (Report view, Rows > issues)
