Jira Support-Customers do not have to log in

Is there a way to add customers to a system so when they click our support link they can directly enter into the support site?

@Terry Adams  If you're now referring to the Support Portal of JSM?  There is an option on the Customer Access page that will let them access and send requests without having to login.  You can also setup the portal to allow them to create their own accounts.
