Jira - Summary Command Edited

My Subjects emails are like this:
- 111BPM222
- 222BPM333
- BPM345

I´m trying to use this command with two * like this:
summary ~ "*BPM*"
But this command only work with the second *
summary ~ "BPM*"

Help me please :) Regards!

This widget could not be displayed.

I'm afraid the ~ function does not work with wildcards as the first character.

So... this option is not possible? Maybe be a good idea add this option to Jira Service Desk in next updates.

I would like to use Summary with two *

Summary ~ “*BPM*.

Regards,

David.

Correct.

I would not hold your breath - a request for starting search terms with wildcards has been outstanding in Jira since version 4.0
