Hi Jira Support,
In Jira 7.12, is there a way to grant Project Administrator permission to edit workflow instead of giving them Jira Admin right?
Ideally, we want to grant project administrator the biggest right to do anything (including adding/editing workflows) inside his/her project, but I can’t seem to figure a way to do it for now. Please advise!
Here is some of my researches:

Thanks,

You have to be an admin to edit or associate workflows with a project.
In JIRA Software an admin can go to a board and "simplify" a workflow, which then lets the project/board administrators to edit the workflow.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Go to the board configuration and look at the columns page, the option should be just above the column definition area.
