I got my Jira account suspended, had rise some tickets but until at this time didn't get any answer from the atlasian team.
I didn't found any way or explanation about it. Even adding dthe credit card it doesn´t show any options to activate.
If some one knows how to fix, please let me know.

You mention you raised a couple of tickets already, what is the timeframe of that? (how long ago were they raised/ did you get no response at all or was the response not clear?)
Depending on the priority you raised them with and your support plan (+ this week being Team21) it might be a bit slower or faster.
I've escalated this question here to Atlassian too so we'll see if this might give them a little push to check the tickets.
